Welcome to the Online Payment Portal for the Foreign Language Division, Department of Judicial Services, Office of the Executive Secretary, Supreme Court of Virginia.

New interpreter candidates must first complete three required webinars introducing the Virginia Judicial System. 

• Webinar registration is free and open year-round.
• Submit the request form to receive an email with the webinar links and the required viewing assertion form.
• These webinars must be completed before you can access the Online Payment Portal.

Once you have completed the webinars, you may create an account in the Online Payment Portal to:

• Register for the Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI)
• Register for the Written Exam
• Register for the 2-Day In-Person Interpreter Orientation
• Register for the Interpreter Oral Exam

 If you have previously completed any of these steps:

• Create your account in the Online Payment Portal by clicking Login in the top right corner of this page. Choose "New User Register" to get started. 
• E-mail: flscertification@vacourts.gov to confirm your registration.

The certification team will update your account profile to reflect your completed steps and unlock access to the next step in the process.
